Passionfruit Spritz

Ingredients

• 2 ozpassion fruit puree
• 1 ozfresh lime juice(freshly squeezed)
• ½ ozsimple syrup 1:1
• 4 ozsparkling water
• 🍋half passion fruit and mint sprig(garnish)

Instructions

1. Add passion fruit puree and lime juice and simple syrup to a wine glass.
2. Fill with ice.
3. Top with sparkling water.
4. Stir gently to combine.
5. Float half a passion fruit on top.
6. Garnish with a mint sprig.
