  • 2 ozpassion fruit puree
  • 1 ozfresh lime juice(freshly squeezed)
  • ½ ozsimple syrup 1:1
  • 4 ozsparkling water
  • half passion fruit and mint spriggarnish
Instructions
  1. 1Add passion fruit puree and lime juice and simple syrup to a wine glass.
  2. 2Fill with ice.
  3. 3Top with sparkling water.
  4. 4Stir gently to combine.
  5. 5Float half a passion fruit on top.
  6. 6Garnish with a mint sprig.
