- ΒΌ ozsweet vermouth

Instructions
- Chill a martini glass.
- Combine gin and both vermouths in mixing glass with ice.
- Stir for 30 seconds.
- Strain into chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
π History
The Perfect Martini uses both dry and sweet vermouth in equal measure creating a more balanced flavor. The term perfect in cocktails refers to equal parts of two vermouths. It became popular in the early 20th century.
