Pickle Jello Shot

- 1 envelopeunflavored gelatin
- 1 cupdill pickle juice(from pickle jar)
- ½ cupvodka
- 1 slicepickle slice(for garnish)
- pickle chip, tajin rimgarnish
- 1Heat pickle juice until steaming.
- 2Dissolve gelatin in hot pickle juice.
- 3Let cool for 3 minutes.
- 4Add vodka and stir well.
- 5Pour into shot cups.
- 6Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- 7Top with pickle slice and Tajin before serving.
