Instructions

Bartender Brandon Bramhall created the Praying Mantis at Attaboy in Nashville as part of the bar's celebrated "bug cocktail" family. Following the equal-parts template established by Sam Ross's Mosquito and Paper Plane, the Praying Mantis swaps mezcal and Campari for smoky Islay Scotch and bittersweet Gran Classico. The result showcases how the equal-parts formula can adapt to different flavor profiles while maintaining perfect balance.
