Ingredients

2 ozgin
½ ozdry vermouth
¼ ozislay scotch(rinse)
🍋lemon twist(garnish)

Instructions

Rinse a chilled coupe with Islay Scotch
Add gin and vermouth to a mixing glass with ice
Stir for 25-30 seconds until well-chilled
Strain into the prepared glass
Garnish with a lemon twist
