  • 1 ozvodka
  • ½ ozcrème de cassis
  • 1 ozfresh lemon juice
  • ½ ozsimple syrup
  • 2 ozchampagne(or sparkling wine, to top)
  • 🍋Lemon slice, Fresh blackberries(garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add vodka, crème de cassis, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with champagne or sparkling wine.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh blackberries.
