Licor Beirão, created in 1929 in the Beira region, is Portugal's best-selling liqueur. Made from a secret blend of aromatic seeds, herbs, and spices, it has a distinctive flavor profile mixing cinnamon, eucalyptus, and citrus. The Beirão Tonic emerged as a modern serve that showcases the liqueur's complexity in a refreshing format. It's become a popular aperitif alternative to the ubiquitous Porto Tonic.
