Named after Italian revolutionary Giuseppe Garibaldi, central figure in Italy's unification. The drink symbolizes unification: Campari from northern Italy (red like Garibaldi's redshirt followers), orange juice from Sicily in the south. Revitalized at NYC's Dante bar by Naren Young in 2015. IBA Contemporary Classic.
