Pear Martini

- 2 ozvodka
- ¾ ozpear liqueur
- ½ ozelderflower liqueur
- ½ ozlemon juice
- ¼ ozsimple syrup
- Fresh pear slice.garnish
- 1Chill a coupe glass in the freezer for at least 5 minutes.
- 2Combine vodka, pear liqueur, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- 3Add ice and shake vigorously for 12 to 15 seconds until very cold.
- 4Double-strain into the chilled coupe glass.
- 5Garnish with a thin pear slice on the rim and serve immediately.
