Spritz-style cocktails traditionally pair Prosecco with a bitter modifier and a splash of soda, and pickle brine has increasingly stood in for that bitter element in home bar recipes and food-media roundups, adding a savory, salty edge to an otherwise light, bubbly drink. This version keeps a small amount of dry vermouth alongside the brine for herbal depth.
