Rising Sun
A beautiful layered cocktail of sake, orange juice, and grenadine that mimics the colors of a Japanese sunrise.
- 2 ozsake
- 4 ozorange juice
- ½ ozgrenadine
- Orange slice and maraschino cherrygarnish
- 1Fill a collins glass with ice cubes.
- 2Add the sake.
- 3Pour orange juice over the sake.
- 4Slowly pour grenadine down the side of the glass to create a layered sunrise effect.
- 5Stir gently before drinking. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.
